• To ensure the writing experience is as good as it can be, a high-quality refill is crucial. That's why we manufacture our tips in stainless Japanese steel and the balls are made of very hard tungsten carbide. At the end of each cartridge, there is a chunk of grease that keeps it sealed and prevents the ink from drying, even if the pen is left unused for a long time. The blue and black ink is certified Swedish Archive, which means that pens with this ink and a medium tip are allowed to be used within municipalities and county councils because the ink is highly resistant to fading. Each cartridge writes a whole 8000 meters and fits all Ballografpens except for Ballograf Pocket.
