Environmental contribution is a common concern

Environmental costs are added throughout the value chain; from raw materials, production, multiple transports and associated costs.
It will be impossible to make a fully transparent calculation. Instead, it is customary to work with a fixed contribution. This motivates the individual links to make larger and fewer purchases, with a lower environmental cost as a result.
When you look at the wholesale market in general, the vast majority use a fixed rate that is at the same level.

Together we shoulder the responsibility

The environmental contribution is due to taxes from Denmark and the EU that have to do with waste. These are statutory and state energy and environmental taxes, i.a. battery, PVC and WEEE taxes.
Furthermore, the contribution also covers the environmental fees imposed by our suppliers.

As a company and society, we have to think about how goods are produced, consumed and disposed of again. Energy taxes exist to get us all to reduce resources and take care of our planet. It is a joint global task to which we would like to contribute.

We have to and want to act to reduce energy and resource consumption. We do this to take people and the environment into account together with our customers and suppliers.
