Epson ColorWorks C7500 - For printing Matte labels

TheEpson ColorWorks C7500 is an industrial 4-colour label printer, allowing you to produce high-quality labels in-house at a good production speed.
You can print labels in 600x1200 dpi at a speed of 300 mm/sec.

This ColorWorks C7500 model uses Epson DURABrite ink, which makes your prints highly durable.

Perforerbånd for Offset, center, karton - 1,8 m rulle

Installation:
The back pressure cylinder is cleaned of oil and grease.
Offset plates are produced with auxiliary points for perforating band positioning.
An impression is taken on the impression cylinder.
A suitable piece of perforating tape is cut off.
The protective paper for the perforating tape adhesive is removed and the perforating tape is placed on the impression cylinder in the correct position for the auxiliary points and stuck in place.
The tape provided is applied over the perforating tape.

If the perforation is too strong, apply one or more layers of tape over the perforating tape. If the perforation is too weak, apply a strip of tesafix adhesive film under the perforation tape

3" = Gap 0.8 mm - Length of insert 7.7 mm
6" = Gap 0.8 mm - Length of insert 3.53 mm
8" = Gap 0.8 mm - Length of insert 2.48 mm

Heidelberg 12 volts CPC Servomotor - 61.186.5311/03

Heidelberg 12 volt CPC servo motor for controlling the ink zones in the printing tower, on Heidelberg offset printing machines.
When adjusting the individual ink zones from the console, it is important that all servo motors work correctly.
They often wear out over time and every printer therefore always has several new ones lying in the drawer.

The replacement can be easily done by yourself and does not require technicians help.
It is pure Plug n Play and you just unplug the power plug, insert the new motor which you then click into the same power plug and you are ready to continue production.

Servomotor fits for example Heidelberg PM 52, SM 52, SM 72, SM 74, CD 74, SM 102, CD 102 and some MO machines.

We provide a 6-month functional warranty on all our servomotors from the date of invoice.

Automatic Tape Dispenser

Our M1000 automatic tape dispenser makes it easy to unroll tape, so you can get your work done more easily.
It can cut tape rolls from 7-50 mm wide. The tape can be cut into pieces of 20-999 mm in length.
The machine is very user-friendly and with just a few clicks you can set it to dispense and cut the tape to exactly the length you need for your particular job.
