  The SOL 3D Scanner provides an affordable, user-friendly solution for creating digital copies of real objects.
  
  The unique combination of white light technology and laser triangulation enables the SOL 3D Scanner to reach a resolution of 0.1 mm with texture function. The camera captures the structure, the laser collects dens geometry.
  
  Calibration is fast and automatic; the software is easy to manipulate and there is no need to manually adjust directions. SOL also has an automatic turntable that automates the 3D scanning process all the way.

  The engineering team for Scan Dimension focused on developing an incredibly user-friendly scanner. To start a scan, the scanner calibrates itself in the included tent, and users simply place an object on the turntable and press a button - the laser, camera and software do the rest. You can scan your object from different angles to ensure that all geometry and structure is gathered and that the software composes it.
  
  Scan Dimension is a division of the heavy scanning company, Global Scanning, a Danish-based technology company with approximately 30 years of experience in the image capture sector. This collective experience is behind the development of SOL, which was primarily designed to be portable, affordable, easy to use and accurate.
