Description of REA Scan Check 3

• REA Scan Check 3 is the most used barcode verifier on the market when you need to test the quality of barcodes in plano format.
  The verifier has a fixed distance to the barcode, which makes it compliant with CEN/ANSI and the new GS1 standard.
  Scan Check 3 can be used in almost any environment and is operated by only two buttons.?
  The quality report can either be printed directly at each reading or delivered digitally for archiving in the job database.
  When digitally archiving the quality reports, the scans can be retrieved later and the search function can be used to search the contents of the individual barcodes.
  When using Scan Check 3 completely offline, the scans can be stored in the scanner's own memory, which has a capacity of up to 500 scans.
  The scanner itself does not need a printer or PC connected, but if the verifications are to be documented, it is required to purchase the REA printer which is connected directly to the scanner or TransWin software for PC or Mac.
  
  REA Scan Check 3 can handle all 1-dimensional codes, from Pharma codes to the latest GS1 data bar.
  Verifieren is a good and user-friendly tool for the operator, who can get immediate information on the quality of a barcode. OK is displayed with a green light and a beep, while errors are displayed in red.
  It can handle both small barcodes and barcodes up to 145 mm for e.g. ITF-14 & code 128.
  Switching from small to large barcodes is made easy, fast and simple.
  
  REA scan check 3 complies with the GS1 standard ISO 15416 ANSI X3. 182 and traditional evaluation.
  
  The scanner also handles evaluation of the data structure in the GS1 standard, GS1-128 and GS1 databar, which is unique and Scan Check 3 has an intelligent analysis option of the content structure.
  For example, date specific structures etc.
  Scan Check 3 can also handle special codes, such as Leatus Pharma codes, Leatus Mini pharma codes, freight codes, pallet codes and MSI barcodes.
